Insured patients  can contact us both independently and through the alarm center of the insurance company.

If your insurance policy is  issued by A-Group  and your insurance plan involves treatment in MediClub, ►►►

please, make an appointment before the visit. For emergency situations we need just your insurance policy and passport. Depending on your insurance plan approved by your company you either do not pay for service or pay insignificant share of the service cost.

 

If your insurance policy is issued by  any local company , having no contacts with MediClub, ►►►

you can make an appointment or just walk-in. You shall pay for the service by CC or in cash. You will get all necessary medical and financial documents stating the date and time of your visit or period of treatment and diagnosis, invoice, detailed specification of services, medication and consumables and costs thereof. Such documents form grounds for your compensation from your insurance company.

 

If you have  an international insurance policy, ►►►

You can make an appointment or just walk-in, you shall pay for the service in cash or by CC. We shall provide you all necessary medical and financial documents the stating date and time of your visit or period of treatment and diagnosis, invoice, detailed specification of services, medication and consumables and costs thereof. Such documents form grounds for your compensation from your insurance company.

 

If your insurance policy is issued by GMC, Cigna, Bupa, Vanbreda, Europе Assistance, Class Аssistanсe ►►►

ask your insurance company for a Letter of Guarantee. Upon presentation of such a letter you won’t have to pay for medical service or, subject to the terms and conditions of your policy, you will have to pay deductibles only. All the rest issues shall be discussed with your insurance company. Should there be no Letter of Guarantee, you can make an appointment or just walk-in. You shall pay for the service in cash or by CC. We shall provide you all necessary medical and financial documents stating the date and time of your visit or period of treatment and diagnosis, invoice, detailed specification of services, medication and consumables and costs thereof. Such documents form grounds for your compensation from your insurance company.

 

Individuals or those having  membership with MediClub  can make an appointment  or call the doctor. Our doctors will provide you help and give you all necessary recommendations.

If you are  employed, by the company having MediClub contract for service provision, ►►►

You should get details regarding such contract from the authorized representatives of your company. Upon preliminary agreement your company shall provide you with the Letter of Guarantee. Under such condition we shall provide you all necessary service and your company shall pay for it. Only those having stand-by contract can get service without any preliminary agreement and letter of guarantee.

 

If you are a  MediClub member, ►►►

Enjoy the right of priority service. You can contact us according to the schedule or in case of emergency upon presentation of your MediClub Membership Card. Just make a telephone call to make an appointment or to arrange a doctor’s visit. You shall pay for the service with consideration of membership discount in cash or by CC through the bank terminal.

 

If you  you wish to contact us us for treatment, diagnosis or to arrange a doctor’s visit, ►►►

You can visit MediClub 24hours a day 7 days a week with or without appointment. You shall pay for the service in cash or by CC through the bank terminal.

 

If you are  a close relative of the individual insured  in A-Group, ►►►

when paying for medical services you enjoy the same benefits as a MediClub Member. To exercise your right, please provide us the following documents: the insurance policy of the insured family member and your ID confirming your relationship. You shall pay for the service in cash or by CC through the bank terminal.
